Looking for individuals possessing exceptional communication skills and confidence in engaging with physicians in the United States. Prior experience in international voice processing and Pharma & Life Sciences background will be preferred. (Looking for immediate joiners)

What does the Virtual Radiology Assistant do?

Radiology Scribes are responsible for documenting medical investigation reports as dictated by Radiologists in a live setting (Virtual). They assist radiologists by documenting the image findings (MRI, CT, US, X-Ray etc.) as dictated by the Radiologists and later captures relevant information, including indication for the investigation, history if any to complete the report
 

What does your day look like at Value Health Inc?

• Selects Cases based on Radiologists instructions
• Alerts Radiologist to stat / stroke cases (Emergency cases) as they hit the queue
• Ensures all case images are available
• Selects and opens appropriate priors (Historical Investigations)
• Arranges windows per hanging protocol
• Opens appropriate template
• Gathers tech sheet info and populates fields (if needed)
• Populates clinical history
• Presents case to Radiologist
• Drafts reports in based on Radiologists dictation and instruction
• Triggers any of the Radiologists AI tools
• Makes any post draft corrections necessary
• Creates communication notes as needed eg. Critical finding
• Signs report for Radiologist

What do we look for in you?

• Graduates in Health Care or Life Sciences background preferred.
• Experience Range 0 to 5 years
• Experience in Medical Scribing, Transcription, Medical Billing & Coding preferred
• Good communication skills - Required for communicating with Radiologist in live environment
• Active Listening Skills To draft reports based on Radiologists dictation
• Open to work in night shifts
• Familiarity with Medical Terminologies, experience with Radiology Terminologies and procedures preferred
