Markek International Certifications Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications criteria:

Education& Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business management, International Business or equivalent.
  • Must have 1-5 years of Sales/Business Development experience.
  • International & inside sales experience.
  • Experience in certification services is preferred.


Skill:

  • A great negotiator, good at reading the room and working across different cultures.
  • Good at managing your own schedule without close supervision.
  • Results-oriented, with a passion for top-notch client care.
  • Must have excellent communication & verbal skills.

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the certification industry.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Find new clients by using various approaches: replying to prospects' enquiries, social medias, networking, referrals, participation to fairs and exhibitions.
  • Develop your own clients portfolio: your typical client will be any company importing or exporting consumer goods.
  • Identify and nurture your prospects, maintaining good contact with them, and successfully closing deals.
  • Encourage our existing clients to consider additional services, politely encourage them to use our services more often, and make sure theyre making the best use of the tools we provide them (such as our online dashboard).
  • Engage with clients through videocalls, join company events and online conferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop and execute business development plans to meet revenue goals.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.
  • Participate in industry events to represent Certificate Body and promote our services.
