Job Position: Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:
  • Identify and target potential customers, including businesses and industries that utilize generators.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and increase market share for generator spare parts.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and orders efficiently and professionally.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the companys generator spare parts and related products.
  • Offer technical support and advice to customers on product selection, compatibility, and usage.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements to effectively address customer needs.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to drive conversions and repeat business.
  • Order Management:
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as inventory and logistics, to manage order fulfillment and resolve any issues.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of key spare parts.
  • Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for generator spare parts.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company’s products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Any degree
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the generator spare parts or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
