Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Department: Retail

Reports To: Head Office / Mall Management

Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with purchases, and maintaining the store's appearance and cleanliness. They also play a role in promoting the brand and generating sales.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and welcome them to the Store/Kiosk.
• Assist customers with finding products and making purchases.
• Answer customer questions about products and services.
• Process sales transactions and to maintain stock and inventory.
• Maintain the Store's/Kiosk's appearance and cleanliness.
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory related to sales and In-stock from warehouse.
• Participate in product demonstrations and promotions.
• Resolve customer complaints with a gentle behaviour.
• Maintain billing and account filling and provide it to HO / Mall Management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of retail experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to understand Local language & English effectively.
