Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through agent recruitment and field work.
• Develop strategies for cross-selling motor insurance products to existing customers.
• Conduct direct sales calls to potential clients to generate leads.
• Should know local agent network.
• Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers.
• Should be a Highly Motivated Individual and should be able to drive Chanel with ownership. Travelling can be frequent.
