Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Inspection and Testing:
• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
• Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Quality Assurance Processes:
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality control measures into production workflows.
• Root Cause Analysis:
• Investigate and identify root causes of defects or deviations from quality standards.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of inspection results, test data, and quality control documentation.
• Prepare and communicate regular reports on quality performance metrics.
• Process Improvement:
• Continuously assess and improve quality control processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Propose and implement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce defects.
• Training and Development:
• Provide training to production and quality control team members on quality standards and procedures.
• Foster a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization.
• Compliance and Auditing:
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Coordinate and participate in internal and external audits related to quality control.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical and EEE.
• Fresher in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision.
• Effective communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
