Deliver Daily targets for payment posting transactions.

• Process payments received from patients and insurance companies accurately and in a timely manner.
• Verify insurance payments and patient balances, reconciling discrepancies as needed.
• Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts using the designated billing software
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Investigate credit balance accounts for possible adjustment correction/refunds.
• Provide mentorship to the newly deployed agents.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and insurance guidelines.
