Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage doctor activities such as meeting with doctors, building relationships, and promoting products.
• Develop marketing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness through pharmaceutical sales and healthcare marketing.
• Conduct effective sales promotion activities to achieve targets and expand customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities by visiting hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and resolve issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field (MR).
• Strong understanding of pharma marketing principles, including product knowledge and competitor analysis.
• Excellent communication skills for effective doctor interactions and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of motivation.
