Job description

Conduct comprehensive audits of branch operations, collections, and customer interactions at
branch level.

Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate gaps/risks associated with branch operations and
recommend risk mitigation measures.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that branches comply with all relevant regulatory guidelines,
internal policies, and procedures.

Internal Controls: Review internal control systems to safeguard company assets and prevent
fraud.

Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings and recommendations

Audit Evidence: Maintain proper audit evidences for justifying the audit observations noted
during course of audit.

Conduct closure meeting with Branch manager/Cluster manager on issues identified during
course of audit, inform TAT and importance of audit evidences for closure of audit issues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor degree/ MBA/ person having 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in branch audits.

Male and unmarried candidate is required.

Basic knowledge on NBFC/RBI guidelines applicable to branch operations

Should be willing to travel extensively to all the branches, depending on audit requirements.

Good communication and presentation skills.
