We are hiring International Voice Process - Night Shift through National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS)

Qualification : Fresher's with Any UG / PG degree (2024,2023,2022 Passed outs preferred)

Experience : 0 - 2 Years (BPO domain experience with Excellent communication skill is more preferred)

Shift : Fixed Night Shift ( 9.5 Hours of Work ) 5 days working (Two days Fixed Off)

Work Location : Coimbatore (Work from Office)

Job Description :-

• Effective English oral communication skills
• Excellent, analytical, listening, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills and great enthusiasm for helping customers
• Must be able to prioritize and complete all job duty requirements
• Must be able to adhere to schedule changes based on department and/or business
• Must be an energetic self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
• Competent in MS office and web browser environments
• Ability to continually display a positive attitude.
• Stay current with system information, changes, and updates

NATS Role :-

• Candidates should register in NATS Portal before apply.
• Should work 1 year as a apprentice in eNoah.
• Based on the performance we will take into the permanent role after 1 year.

Stipend & Benefits:-

• 20,000/- Fixed pay (Incl. of NSA)
• Dinner Facility Everyday
• Sat & Sun Fixed Week off
• 1 day paid leave
