Role & responsibilities

• A single point of contact for the end-to-end IT End user Technology
• Install and troubleshooting desktop, messaging client, applications and in-house applications as per customers software deployment policy, and add or remove accessories, peripherals or mobile devices and configure PCs
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, Laptop, Printer, Wi-Fi incidents
• Manage disk and folder sharing, and permission settings on desktops
• Handle printers and Scanner problems at users desktops
• Assist users in accessing applications base and standard operating procedures wherever possible
• Maintain record of new machines installed movement of machines within site, changes in configuration of machines and inform asset coordinator about the changes
• Update Windows & Antivirus Patches regularly
• Handle LAN, VPN Client, Internet Configurations in the Desktops and Laptops
• Escalate to OEM/Vendors through Helpdesk for Vendor Coordination’s
• Close the incidents or service requests raised by the service desk, updated status on the incident record
• Ensure the Incident is closed within the stipulated service level agreement
• Meeting room management (Projectors, TV, Audio and Video conferencing)
• Activity tracker needs to be updated and sent to TL
• IT Stores inventory reports have to be submitted on monthly basis
• Managing / update IT assets respective area and Carryout the IT Asset Physical verification every Quarterly.
• Managing Audit related check list.
• implementing, and maintaining AWS Workspaces Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) health and performance
• Provisioning, scaling, and optimizing performance in AWS WS
• End user backup as per requirement
