Job description

  • Customer Assistance: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or in person, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Information Sharing: Provide customers with detailed product or service information, policies, and procedures.
  • Order Management: Process orders, handle cancellations, refunds, or exchanges as per company guidelines.
  • Record Maintenance: Document interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the companys customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team for process improvement.
  • Escalations: Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and quality standards during every interaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (sales, technical support, etc.) to address customer needs effectively.
  • Follow-ups: Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service or related roles is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in KANNADA
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and chat/email platforms.
  • Empathy and Patience: Ability to remain calm and understanding, even in challenging situations.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage workload and meet response time expectations.
