Diploma or Engineering Graduate (Civil) required for working in Construction company based in Erode,Tamilnadu having Government building projects in size ranging from 10 to 50 crores in various locations like Udumalpettai, Dharmapuri, Thoothukudi, Thirunelveli, Tamilnadu and Calicut, Trivandrum Kerala

Experience:
Freshers to 3 years of experience in building work supervision

Willing to stay at site camp and work at any place in Tamilnadu, Kerala

Skill Required:

• Good Academic results in Engineering, Higher secondary and Secondary Education
• Good analytical and problem solving skill
• Eager to learn and acquire new skill set
• Ability to take responsibility/own task for completion
• Demonstrate can do attitude
• Active and be a great team player
• Clear communication
• MS Office
• Experience in AUTOCAD and Total Station are added advantage.
• Safety course completion will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Be a good Team Player
• Supervise the assigned construction activity
• Provide necessary clearance for the skilled/semi-skilled workers to carry out their task
• Prepare micro plan for the task assigned and coordinate with Project Manager
• Take ownership of the assigned task
• Go extra mile to complete the task on time and reduce wastage
• Adhere to company policies and procedure
• Report to the immediate manager about the progress of work.
• Promptly maintain Daily Site Register for the assigned task.
• Maintain safe and secure workplace in the task assigned.
• Maintain good working relationship with skilled/semi-skilled workers and Department Engineers
• Effectively contribute in the team meeting
