About the role:

Role: Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients to establish and expand business relationships.
  • Develop detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas; support achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to securing deals.
  • Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Present products and services to prospective clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and dedication.
  • Assist in negotiating agreements and maintaining records of sales and customer data.
  • Produce reports on personal and team sales results for senior management.
  • Analyse the market and competitive landscape to develop targeted strategies aligned with the companys objectives.
  • Specific sales targets include growing the customer base and increasing revenue.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide valuable feedback and information on market and creative trends.
