Position: Business Development Executive

Salary: Competitive, with incentives and travel allowance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through field visits and direct engagement.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new opportunities.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to meet clients and explore new markets.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.


  • Experience: Minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with fieldwork experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel extensively for client meetings and fieldwork.
  • Motivation: Self-starter with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and working independently.
