As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Heguru Company, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to inform business strategy and decision-making

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role, preferably in the education or services industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Fluency in [languages] is a plus.
