Role & responsibilities

• Responsible to work on Denied/Rejected claims through calling or check the status on Websites. Training will be provided by ERCM to perform the required tasks.
• Ability to talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and document the conversation/ findings on the patient account and assigned WP as per the standardization protocol with the required accuracy.
• Meet Compliance requirements like HIPAA etc.
• Meet QMS and ISMS requirements.
• Meet productivity and quality standards

Preferred candidate profile

Key Skills

Essential

• Good written, spoken English skills and logical reasoning abilities
• Good typing speed with minimum typing of 22 WPM
• Willingness to work in the night shift.

Desired

• Knowledge of MS office operating system
• Should be able to work on simple tasks with supervision/ guidance
• Should ensure 100% attendance and should not have any unapproved absenteeism.
• Should be a reliable team player and collaborate in solving any issues that might possibly arise in day- to-day transactions

Qualification

• Completion of any Bachelors degree without current backlogs
